Residual Nausea

Residual Nausea, post HG, is nearly unheard of. Just ask your OB. I, however, am one of very few women who have had this experience. If you currently have HG, don't worry- this isn't going to happen to you! If you have had post-HG nausea, you're not alone- no matter what the doctor says! If you have had a similar experience to mine, please contact me. I would love to hear from you!

  1. Oh, I can't even imagine. I'm so sorry. Since my second round (darling baby is now 13 1/2 months) I have been MUCH quicker to feel nauseous than ever before (when I haven't eaten enough, am too tired, etc...), but nothing awful. Just enough to act as a good reminder as to why we are done with bio-babes. :) I will pray for you!

  2. Thank you! That actually makes me feel better about a few things...knowing that after your second pregnancy you are more prone to nausea confirms what the dr.s have told me- a second pregnancy would bee worse than the first. (unimaginable) Also, knowing that you still have to eat and get enough rest- those are the things that help me feel better (or worse if I don't do them.) Staying up too late and not getting enough sleep is a sure-fire way for me to start feeling sick again. (and my little guy will be 2 next month.) I am getting MUCH better, but it's slow going! Hopefully your nausea triggers will return to pre-pregnancy normal soon too! Thanks so much for your post. I hate that anyone has had post HG nausea (as if the HG wasn't enough), but it's comforting to know I'm not the only one! Thank you for your comment and your prayers!
